I started working at My Thai a day before my 17th birthday. I worked there for close to 3 years and during that time I made many new friendships and strengthened ones I already had. Not to mention it’s still my favorite food! I have to go there every time I visit Amarillo or the trip is a waste! Haha totally kidding, but it does make me super sad when I don’t have it, not to mention I crave it almost constantly!
My Thai is where I met Paige.
Since the days of My Thai, all of our lives are completely different than any of us would have ever imagined – all for the better.
Paige is a single mommy of two adorable girls – they look so much alike it’s CRAZY! She works, goes to school, takes care of Brooklynn and Emilee, and manages somehow to keep it all together. Talk about 1 strong woman!
I was able to snap a few pics of them on one of my last visits. The girls were a bit fussy so I wasn’t able to capture as many moments as I would have liked…but that just means we’ll have to do another session, when the weather’s nice of course!!!
